Letter To Ted Hayes From Mae Bruce

Hi Ted,
I, really should have sued these people along time ago. Because they constantly violated my health. As if I did not have a right to life. But they keep me on a struggle to get treatments. Even tho I had insurance and they made sure that they and their associate doctors attacked my coverage...
Mae

Dr. Meer Zonozi,

Organized a Medical Force or PLOT to Sabotage my Health involving the Nephrology & Social worker Network

Dr.Samir Patel,Dr. Susie Lew, Dr.Jay Ocuin, Dr.Kauskih Patel,Dr. Brain Duffy and others including DaVita charge Nurse Omowunme Oloyede.

Omowunme Oloyede charge nurse at DaVita's GW Hospital dialysis clinic. I was receiving a dialysis treatment there when Omowunme Oloyede & a male African nurse drugged and placed me in another part of the hospital. One of my sons walked around until he found me strapped to a chair in a 5th floor ward.

While at the same time these doctors and their associates were ruthlessly fraudulently attacking my Medicaid, Medicare, blue cross, blue shield etc.

Keeping me always on the defense with my health care or lack of safe treatments.

I, have been forced out of Washington, DC to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Washington back to Pennsylvania, to Ann Arbor Michigan  to Cleveland Ohio, to East Liverpool Ohio, to Chicago Illinois, to other parts of Illinois, to Baltimore Maryland, and surrounding in Maryland areas, to Wilmington Delaware and other parts of Delaware, back to Washington DC.

In each area, the nephrology and social worker network had me medically attacked during dialysis treatments, or outright refused to give me a dialysis treatment.

I, went to Providence Hospital emergency room with stomach cramps in 2007.

I, asked for a doctor Diiard. Dr. Meer Zonozi signed on as my doctor while I am yelling that “NO, I do NOT want him as my doctor”.

Dr. Meer Zonozi signs a surgeon to remove my gall-bladder. I, saw Dr. Meer Zonozi, Omowunme Oloyede and a sister standing together as I was being sedated in the emergency room.

My clothes were taken from me and hidden. One of my sons had to bring clothes into the hospital for me to check my self out.

Dr. Meer Zonozi had my meals cut off and tried to keep me doped up and weak. He was really pushing for this un-needed gall-bladder surgery and had a surgeon standing by.

 October 31.2010

To Whom It May Concern:
I, was receiving regular check UP's at a small neighborhood clinic in northwest Washington, DC. and decided to change for thinking that I would receive better service.  Washington Hospital Center was highly recommended by several nurses in 2002.

My primary care physician was Dr. Owens at Hospital Center. He immediately called in Dr. Hegdi a kidney specialist. She called in 2 other doctors. Within 2 months I ended up in the hospital October 15,2002 having a triple by-pass surgery and then immediately put on dialysis.

Shortly afterwards I saw my previous physician Dr. Emmanuel Brown from the clinic and he stated that he was shocked that I was on dialysis and had by-pass surgery. He had been my doctor for a couple of years prior. Dr. Brown had been dating one of my daughter's they were discussing marriage.

Dr. Brown immediately contacted a kidney doctor that he knew Dr. Meer Zonozi. Dr. Meer Zonozi then contacted a surgeon and had the access catheter removed from my chest. Removal of the access catheter was December 2002. I was off dialysis and was being monitored monthly by Dr. Brown for a year at his clinic.

Periodically, thru out the year Dr. Meer Zonozi would say to Dr. Brown that he wanted me back on dialysis. December 23.2003 I came down with a cold or what I thought was the flu. My daughter rushed me to Providence Hospital were Dr. Emmanuel Brown and Dr. Meer Zonozi was waiting for me.

I was admitted at Providence Hospital and Dr. Brown & Dr. Meer Zonozi signed on as my doctors. Along with a surgeon that was there on the spot putting a catheter in my thigh for access to began dialysis.

Dr. Meer Zonozi came in with second surgeon with a rush rush rush fast talking HYPE while I was saying “NO. HELL NO I want another opinion about my condition”.

I, was injected with something and put me to sleep. When I came too, my daughter had signed to place an access in my chest. The second surgeon made a mistake putting in the wrong catheter and it could not be used. A couple of days later it was replaced.

I, was so upset with Dr. Meer Zonozi I told him that he would never be my doctor. He told me that I would NEVER be accepted at any dialysis unit.

December 2003 Dr. Meer Zonozi started going around to dialysis units saying that I was his patient. Some of the Philippine nurses & tech's started attacking me during dialysis treatments.]

One of the female nurse's Chris, walked over to me looked in my face and snatched the catheter in my chest. Blood went everywhere.  This nurse starred at me with a smile on her face. This was at George Washington University Hospital DaVita Unit Dr. Samir Patel & Dr. Susie Lew were in charge.

My primary care doctor at GW wrote a referral for me to take peritoneal home dialysis classes at GW. Dr. Susie Lew was the department head she told me “NO” it would not be fair to the other patients.

I, told Dr. Samir Patel that nurse Chris had snatched my catheter in my chest. Dr. Samir Patel was angry with me for telling him and he told me that I was not welcome there anymore.

There were two separate operations installing catheters in my stomach for access for home dialysis treatments by different surgeons.  The kidney doctors quickly set up appointments for the surgeries to implant the catheters. But that is as far as it got.

My training classes were blocked. My maintenance dialysis was sabotaged also. After their associate surgeons were set up to get paid they refused to allow me to receive the home dialysis training.

At Capital Dialysis with a Dr. Jay Ocuin in charge. Nurse Joan injected something in the catheter in my stomach stating that she had to flush it. It was swollen up and was very painful.

I, went to the emergency room.

I was told that I had an infection and would have to have surgery.

All kinds of people were lurking around identifying themselves as surgeons. Ready to operate.

It was as if someone had sounded an alarm that I was on my way. I called a surgery team that I knew and they came.
