Dear Sir,
 
"Please, be advised that I was livid when I discovered that you had signed on as, my physician at Providence hospital E R twice last week. I, was under the impression that Dr. Razi was going to be my doctor. Unlike you he is an excellent doctor of good morals and medical integrity..
 
I, am still emotionally wounded from the 2005 Adventist Hospital encounter with you and one of your peritoneal nurses and surgeon that you had on STAND BY ahead of time. This  and several other moves of yours  Obviously made your actions and intentions appear very questionable.
 
"Please, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES in the future do I except you to sign on as my physician...
 
 YOU are just as ruthless,devious,underminding and detrimental to the lives of Americans as Dr. Zonozi and the Patel Klan on the national scene.....
